I’ve supported Engage for years, but when I stopped paid work, near the end of 2021, I joined the Engage assembly team, taking Bible Stories into primary schools through drama. It is wonderful to be able to tell children how God loves them and to watch that truth bring a smile to their faces. It’s also great to make them laugh and want to join in! Why didn’t I stop paid work sooner?

I worship at Welcome Church in Woking, where I have been for over 25 years, together with my wife, Vicky, who is one of Engage’s trustees. We have two children, both married and living locally, and three wonderful grandchildren.
